I don't know the Evangelion reference, i believe the last long one (blue and black) is a reference to an ending to Durarara!!. On the second image the small blue guy's name is Pipes and i don't know who is the green one. I believe in the third one is Ratchet, First Aid and Pharma. Fourth one must be Misfire, Crankcase, Krok, Spinister, Fulcrum and Flywheels. The fifth one besides Tarn are Helex, Kaon, Tesarusand Vos.

To correct myself, the green one is not green but black, he must be Trailbreaker but I see he is normally tagged by his alternate name Trailcutter.
