there's a lot of reasons to wear a condom for oral :p can provide some extra flavor, layer of protection from potential teeth scraping, condoms also dont absorb lubricants so it can stay slippery for longer, some people have trouble salivating a lot so that can be helpful.

Sry if TMI, but I for example, actually enjoy wearing them. During sex and masturbation. Like, the snug-ness and the latex are just arousing to me, and I find it makes me more sensitive for some reason. Then there's the fun of actually filling up the condom with your cum, which is pretty fun.
