If you pay close attention to the body curve beneath the breast on the left, her hips are where they should be, and they do come out; but the hips themselves are hidden by the fabric of her dress as it hangs down/open, thanks to the size of the breasts and how they move the fabric. Not sure if that helps or not, Aspada.
