This isn't a pokemon card game
This is based on a set of cards used by fortune tellers.
I do not know how it works, or how many cards there are in one set, but it looks like the artist has covered all of them.

@Zen I'm guessing you mean "The Empress" when you say the Beedrill thing? If so, that is Vespiquen, a female only queen bee Pokemon.

And yeah, I'm saddened I recognize every Pokemon on there. Also, really awesome cards.
