The large text below Kefka's face reads "Banishudesu". So I'm assuming the proper translation is "Banish Death".

It's a reference to the magic spells "Vanish" and "Death" in Final Fantasy 6. In the SNES-Version, Vanish causes both players and monsters to become insivisible and immune to physical attacks, but magic always hits. When applied to enemies, even bosses die to the instant death spell "Death", even though they are immune to instant death otherwise.
