Why a burn ball? being burned lowers your attack. >.< If you REALLY wanna mess people up, go toxic orb! (I'm aware you would die faster then.)

Ursaring has Guts ability and Quick Feet ability.

Guts ignores Burn Attack drop while increasing damage significantly. As for quick feet, the speed boost is much needed and hence toxic orb is used instead to prevent the atk drop.

Other alternatives are: Life Orb with Guts ability and Shell Bell with Guts ability. Shell Bell can be used because Ursaring hits very very hard after a single Swords Dance and is able to heal back after taking hits due to its slow speed.
