That... is not the best place to be shot by a rocket in, but
um... if if didn't explode, then I 'guess' that the "use any
means necessary to survive" tactic might work... but being
hit right THERE with it? This is just too creepy.

That rocket thing is actually a "dud"... if you'd watch the show you'll see it's some gigantic speaker to make the enemy listen to Basara's sound.... But this seems to be a smaller version for Meltran special use...
