Almost certainly someone taking the piss. It has a magazine, a revolver action with hammer, AND a bloody bolt action.
Bayonet on a bipod, a laser sight (That is green for some reason) and a scope...

Seriously, Uzuki tits are great, but that gun is really worthy of the bad_gun_anatomy tag. (Which I didn't even know existed up until this point.
