In settings I don't have any tag blacklisted, general only listing is turned off and display all site content is on and yet still only 6 post from Maenchu are appearing.

Hmm same thing with me. Says 106 but only a handful show up despite not having very many tags blacklisted (and I know for sure that the artist doesn’t draw said tags).

Yeah, same for me. I really don’t think this artist makes necrophilia, so I’m also confused why only a couple show up.

The reason is because those posts violated Gelbooru's ToS and were unlisted. Maenchu posts their full, high quality content to Patreon and Gumroad which require payment to view. Pirating that content and uploading it here for free is against the ToS.
