There is a translation, search for the artist the divided version of this comic has a translation.

Basically Yuuka wants Elly to see something, Elly makes Yuuka pee herself with a blow, and lick it.

Yuuka sees you reading this and tells that you should have chosen better the hentai you were going to fap,kills you and goes kill whoever let this doujin out.

I saw one that was just the first part of this and it had a "You gonna get raped" tag. ^^;

It's kind of funny how I've only seen Yuuka break the 4th wall, not Yukari, but I guess it's just because of the creepiness factor of her being considered one of the most powerful and deadly youkai in backstory canon next to Flandre and Medicine. :p

I even saw it done in a dark fic called Imperfect Metamorphosis. o.O (It was supposed to be Ex-Rumia but I haven't seen her lately, then Yuuka took over... plus there's the scrapped Rin Satsuki).
