You mean the fact that Ashley is not with you when you reach that room, the fact that the "Los Illuminados" are replaced by "soldiers" beginning in Chapter 5 (who's noises remind me of a squid for some reason), and that there are no enemies in that room WHATSOEVER, the next Enemy being U3 (boss, whom I HATE, especially when you're doing a challenge playthrough the game with the basic weapons, only one type of weapon, or un upgraded weapons.).
