Sounds like that could be an interesting story idea
A self conscious and somewhat lonely blind guy who's like "damn, idk what I look like, I don't know what my wife looks like, but I love her unconditionally because she's so sweet. I just hope shes not with me out of pity"
-> obviously doesn't know she's invisible
-> thinks his one friend is pranking him saying his wife doesn't exist
And then a caring but extremely shy invisible girl who thinks she can't find love because she's not "conventionally attractive" (she's invisible) and is genuinely happy to be married to the blind guy
-> very shy, doesn't talk when his friend is around (not helping his case lol)
In order to not have her walking around naked 24/7, but also not visible in public, you'd just have to say her clothes are invisible aswell (unlike Tooru)

I'm not good at writing characters but atleast to me it sounds like an actually good writer could have a field day with this.
