There are multiple reasons why this wouldn't work. I'm going to list 5 of them.
1. "Every touhou character" isn't a name. She'd have to write down every single name and then copy-paste the cause of death/details. One also needs to remember the 40s-6m40s rules.
2. She'd have to know each one of their faces. I'm not sure that Yuyuko's met every single Touhou character. Reimu and Marisa would be excellent candidates, considering the fact that they've appeared in all Touhou games to date and have beat up pretty much everyone in the series (including each other).
3. "died eaten by Saigyouji Yuyuko" is not a cause of death. That would go in the "details" part. Writing "Murder"... might work. Yuyuko would be manipulating her own actions using the Death Note by killing someone else. I'm not sure there's a rule against it, but it certainly hasn't been tested yet and it seems really far-fetched so I'm fairly certain the "A heart attack is fine too." rule would kick in.
4. Let's say that the "Murder" and "died eaten by Saigyouji Yuyuko" combo does work. Due to the 23-day rule, these deaths must occur within the next 23 days. Since there is currently over 100 Touhou characters (AND COUNTING!), this means that Yuyuko would have to eat about 5 humans/youkai each day. Now, I know she has quite an appetite, but it seems like overkill. Anyway, if she couldn't eat so many, the details would become void and only the cause of death would apply. I.e. it makes absolutely no sense that someone would write impossible details.
