Well, considering that many of the mecha of the Super Sentai series have some sort of godlike status, I think the deciding factor would be versatility. Meaning, it would come down to a showdown between Gaoranger, Abaranger, Boukenger, Gekiranger, Go-Onger, Shinkenger and maybe Goseiger, depending on future additions to their arsenal...

What's godlike about most of those series' robos? Most of them don't even speak (and of them, the Engines of Go-Onger are more like Autobots than gods.) Basically, it's down to the final mech of Zyuranger (that's the true form of the god; it breaks down into the seven smaller ones) and Gao God/Animus. Though I don't know about most older series.
Just because they like sticking "god" (always the English word; seldom something with actual religious significance to the writer or intended audience! It's like if we named a lightning-shooting robot after Thor.) into super robot names in Japan doesn't make every super robot an actual god, it just means "we think it's *way* cooler than the last robot."
