The words don't seem to match up, so it's not a word-confusion. Is it the position of the bags in relation to the girl's breasts that makes Sae-san think of a uterus? o.o

Most Asian stuff is read from right to left, (Like chat bubbles and such) But if it's one word it's going to be from left to right unless it's a novel. Some novels just have you reading downwards also right to left.
