Actually... I think she's not even facing him, or pinting the gun at him anymore. i think its more of a surrenduring thing, with the gun. Like a "Go ahead asshole, shoot me." and she knows he wont?

because with the foreground and background are not making sense (see the tip of the gun goes over his hair?), and knowing it'd be very hard to pull a trigger at someones head 1:looking in a totally different direction and 2: holding the gun like that. but that's just me.
