A very different take on the Pharaoh. Reminds me of an old black and white sketch I saw on Hentai-Foundry of a VERY busty succubus (none MGE, just an OC) with her midsection missing flesh and having the spine exposed. Wish I had saved it, got deleted for some reason, was pretty cool.
