Anon1 is actually correct, due to the lack of wings, spikey hair on the legs, and the fact that the eyes are solid blue (WoW succubi have normal eyes). The purple futanari is a Draenei.

1. The Eyes of a WoW Succuby ARE blue: sector2x.com/wow/wow_succubus.jpg
2. The Areas armored in the Picture resemble those Armored on a WoW Succubi.
3. She's missing the Dreadlocks of a Draeney around her Neck Area.
4. That Spike on her Leg is also visible on the Succubi Model.
5. The length of her Ears match those of a Succubi ( almost N811 length ), not that of a Draenei ( more like pointy Human ears ).
6. For her to be a Draenei she's missing the Klingon like Headplates on her Forehead.
7. Her coloring also goes more into a purpleish pink of a Succi unlike the blueish one of a Draenei.

So after weightening out the mistakes or artistik freedom the Artist has taken I'd say this IS a Succubi.
