This is the standard female dark mage outfit in Fire Emblem Fates.... you really don't need to tag Nyx or Ophelia and cosplay on every image that has someone wearing this outfit....

The face veil isn't usually an accessory that's found on every female Dark Mage in Fates, though. That accessory is pretty much exclusive to Nyx. Though the same face veil can be worn by anyone in Heroes, not just Dark Mages.
