It's just a pixiv meme~
It shows how the trainers are and how their Pokemon are so like them.
All the Grass trainers (Red, Crystal, Emerald & Diamond) are all carefree outside, but they have a strong sense of determination on the inside.
Most of the Red trainers (Gold, Sapphire & Pearl) are idiots - okay, are too rash and crazy. Green's the only sane one amongst them. But they all have the strongest sense of pride.
The Water trainers (Blue, Silver, Ruby & Platinum) are just plain weird in their own way. Silver's the 'saner' one amongst them 'coz Blue's got issues, Ruby's got issues and Platinum HAS GOT ISSUES.
The Electricity trainer (Yellow) is... well, Yellow. -_-;
