@alternatere I originally found the image on pixiv, which had it censored. I'm not sure why the source says baraag, I've never even heard of that site

@loopdaed Baraag is a Mastodon instance for art and hentai. After looking into it, I believe censorship is required on Pixiv due to Japanese laws, but not on Baraag. So it's an offical post from CabronPR on both sites, but Baraag allows uncensored art.
