i've been looking at it for a while and even i'm having trouble following it. if i ever think i know what's going on, i'll post a follow up comment. till then, i leave the interpretation to whomever else comes next.

Damnit! I cant make this strip make sense at all!

okay, Chen rebels against her master and nitori help her(since kappa's had a problem of slavery with oni's too),

For some unknown reason(please if someone figure out post here) Nitori have to get something at Scarlet mansion(passing through daiyousei at the lake, sakuya in te mansion and probably remilia guarding the desired object)

I dont know why that guy is staring at the moon.(The guy was supposed to be Shinki???? look at the tags)

Nitori asks Wriggle for help, I guess because vampires are weak to light? dunno.

Wriggle gets back and succesful.

Flandre did something realy bad and remilia thought it was nitori's fault, remilia murder(or just stab) Nitori.

Keine turns into ex-keine and for whatever reason Hina helped her and Dat Iku too.

Cirno discovers it was a misunderstanding and asks for help from Hina and Yuugi?

In the middle of the fight, ex-Keine(lost control) ends up hurting Cirno(Like pokemon the movie, where ash/satoshi jumps in the middle of the fight).

All her students gets sad knowing about the fight and Keine gets depressed. Remilia thinks more about her own actions and Flandre is sad too, since it looks like Tewi was at fault.

Now Daiyousei is carrying the wounded Cirno back to the lake.

Tah-Dah! THis is the best explanation I could find. If anyone can fill the holes, please post it. If you have another explanation post it too.
