My only guess as to what this says, is that Yellow Walks up to red and asks him out. It then makes fun of yellows flat chestedness and makes her look like a boy. And in the final picture... well you get the idea.

I agree with Anon3. In the manga Yellow pretended to be a boy, but this picture is supposed to basically say that Yellow really was a guy pretending to be a girl pretending to be a boy.
