It's just part of his fetish. The idea is that the woman did something debased with hideous, filthy beasts. She (and the target viewer demo) are reveling in her humiliation and depravity. Tenseiani (and many other artists) deliberately draw disgusting and/or silly and uncool abusive men having their way with beautiful women in pursuit of that sort of taboo. It's a big part of what they find erotic, even if mutant pig babies in and of themselves aren't.
