I dont think i ever felt more sad for an anime character as i do for Tamao.The story did her no justice.

I thought that too,but see it this way.Shizuma needs someone to help her get over the past because she isn't strong enough to do it alone.Tamao on the other hand,has proven time and time over she can take on anything on her own.I still think it's unfair,but this really is the best way.
