She seriously looks like an older and more anatomically-correct version of Fumu from "Hoshi no Kaabii (Kirby of the Stars)". I mean, long blonde hair and green eyes aren't that uncommon, but Mustard Seed's eyes have a similar "laziness" to them as Fumu's do, the same with how prominent her bottom lashes are.
