Is faceless_male still designed for images of a male lead just because his head is turned?

I know YMK is an eroge visual novel and one gets used to that media being full of faceless males... though Kouhei is a rare example of one with a face.

The wiki says it doesn't work for guys who are just turned so I think I'll remove it for now.
