Is that Fuuko or Mio in the lower left corner? It is hard to tell, since everyone is wearing glasses.

Actually, it is quite clearly Mio, not even mentioning the fact that this is the cast of K-on! Besides, Fuuko's hair is shorter and a different color, as are their eyes. And different uniforms, in case you didn't notice.

Fuuko is the girl who looks like Mio with glasses and open blazer. However, since the image ends at the collar, we can't see if her blazer is closed or open, and if she is wearing that beige vest or not.

I checked the tags at pixiv, and it says Fuuko, so it is Fuuko.
