Why only men?
To combat global warming we endorse "cool biz" and are putting initiatives to make summer comfortably livable into practice.
Every year, from 06/01 ~ 09/30 is cool biz period. Its spread is shown not only in offices, but also business establishments, public transit agencies, etc.
I am not familiar with constructions involving "見せいます". Please check my translation here.
