lol..dont beleive the fake thing..this might BE the eevees for the new Shadow and Clear versions(Only in japan right now,and their its called white and black versions)

I'm pretty sure that this is fake. I found it on Pixiv, and the artist said that he drew it for an art contest about theoretical evolutions for Eevees.
