Guys, it's fascinating how much you don't see what's going on there ^^
I guess she wanted to bring the Pokemon to some healing Room or Stuff while they were in the Pokeballs...

But then one of them opened and a Arbok came out xD
Well? Arbok's are Snakes and Snakes are Killers xD
I guess it's going to put Pressure on her until she faints/dies and then eats her ;P

Brock does not own Arbok. Jesse used to own Arbok until he was traded for another pokemon. And that girl being killed by Arbok is Nurse Joy.
