Her having a short wedding dress AND visible garter straps makes me think the general rating and the child instead of loli tag may be a bit inappropriate. It's very obviously supposed to be sexualised/ecchi.
...Honestly think children in wedding dresses should probably be rated sensitive to begin with. Most people would probably find it objectionable.
