Hm... That reminds me of the boxsave trick where you could clone your pokemon along with the item they hold. You could clone up to five Pokemon as long as you have saved the game normally with six pokemon on hand, before you execute the trick.

If I recall, there seems to be more than just 1 legendary like Deoxys, Lugia, and even the Regi trio. More than 1 Suicune doesnt seem too odd
