Changed the tags because unless we have a source for this, I really, REALLY doubt this is Rydia. She has the green hair and outfit with yellow accents, yes, but aside from having no outfits in this design (including the tiara), she's never wielded a bow as an adult. Especially one with that look and an energy arrow. It simply seems like the style is far too specific and different from FF4 to be her.
