It sort of looks like kenkou's work but with some things different...of course not to say that it isnt just an experimental drawing by him.

I'm fairly sure it's Kenkou's work, and the art style is very similar. Considering the profile format is different than his usual work, it's probably for something else entirely, albeit still focused on monster girls.
