While tagged as a boy, the artist went out of his way to draw a clamshell here. The artist does the same thing in several other pictures involving Wakana.

Take a look at this. That is Wakana next to Aona, a girl. Their crotches look the same.

On the other hand, there is clear difference between Wakana and the other girls in this picture.

It seems like the artist is inconsistent, sometimes drawing Wakana as a girl and sometimes drawing Wakana as a trap.
