@c2h5oh there are no extra teeth in the xray, i count 16 per jaw (for a total of 32) which is normal when you haven't had your wisdom teeth removed. you might be confused if you're not used to seeing panoramic xrays since the way they flatten out the 3d orientation is unintuitive for some people, but adult humans who haven't lost any teeth are generally expected to have 32 teeth.

You're right that the count is right, however, the last two teeth in the lower jaw on both sides are pointing in the wrong direction, as if they had grown sideways instead of up.
