Because if the character has tits and a penis no one cares, why would we have to look under every futas cock to make sure there's a pussy too before marking it as a futa. Noone cares about newhalf tag because it is irrelevant, if someone searches 1girl and the futa tag and misses out on a tgirl with nice tits because someone has their PHD in tagging, then whoever tagged is annoying AF.
