Heads-up for Blender artists: physics objects don't have to be rendered. If fluids leak through thin walls, do the simulation with a big cube that has a sphere cut out of it, and then don't show that cube.

And anything touching glass is gonna look a little wrong unless it's actually intersecting the surface... but that's much harder to get right. Though in the case of her dick you could make the middle of the fuckhole solid. The renderer would go straight from the outer circumference to skin. So long as it looks like a tube on the ends and it's mostly full of dick, nobody's gonna notice.
