I always assumed the zero suit had some sort of waste reclamation system built in. I mean, it has to, right? Samus spends days or even weeks at a time on alien planets, in environments that would be instantly lethal, surrounded by hostile monsters... she's not gonna strip down in the middle of Norfair to go use the bathroom.
