You guys do know that when girls are that pregnant (aka, about to pop) their nipples actually DO turn dark? The art isn't the highest quality as far as anatomy goes, but that IS an anatomically correct part of the artwork. If you don't like pregnant women and their bodies, then maybe don't click on preggo pics lol.
