Interesting piece. I think Kitami seems too bright right now, so you should match her lighting with Yamanishi's. Keep up the good work!

If you're talking about the shadows on the characters, I think it's fine. You can just change the tone of Kitami's bright parts. Right now, she looks more orange than brown when compared to Yamanishi.
