Well, Amy is not his actual daughter, he adoptet her and thereby saved her from poverty.
So, basicly, it would not be incest and since they both are (somewhat) Vampires, one can't be sure about the age difference, so in theorie, they could be a couple.

Amy isn't a vampire.
And Raphael wasn't until SC4...
But he was able to fight outside in the daylight unhindered...
Yet he didn't sparkle, so he's not a Twilight homovampire...
Which leads me to believe his bloodsucking attack is just because he's crazy

It's kind of off, but I've read somewhere. When Amy was introduced, she wasn't a vampire, but in 4 she is. and it's also hinted at that she doesn't like sunlight, though that might just be personal. So I think she was turned by Raphael before 4, and after 3.

Or Miyu from Vampire Princess Miyu. Yes these two could defiantly be a couple. After all think of it this way Raphael wanted to make a world solely for the two of them alone. They kind of have to be a couple.
