@anduin1984 if you had even bothered to check the original source, the artist states that they're kurosawa dia and ruby. Both of which are girls. Not to mention there are only girls in the specified anime.

Its Futa, girls with dicks, which sometimes includes testicles, and usually Futa's are still tagged as Girls, 99% sure the author didn't gender swap Dia into a dude, And don't even begin to suggest some stupid trans tag.....
