Who else? Nobody. Calm the fuck down. Do you know what Pokemon Blastoise is? The "Shellfish" Pokemon. Now, I don't know if your knowledge of biology is limited to snakes alone, but shellfish aren't fucking turtles. For it to have to be accurate now would just be stupid. It's just supposed to denote his reptilian nature, which it does quite well.
