This guy really knows how to draw tits, and the shading is good, but why does it look like he does all his work in MS Paint? Someone get this guy a better art program, STAT!

This is done in Photoshop with antialiasing turned off, and it's intentional. It's a way of concepting. Some do it because they like how it looks. Others do it because it halts the temptation to refine the picture into a finished work when you're trying to concept quickly.

"sketch" and "rough_lines" are important for artists, just like how any other multimedia professions start with a rough copy and initial version of their works. i also love oekaki arts, this is great
