No, is saying the reason why the japanese lost the war. Their women can carry 16.9kg in one shoulder and run, the women should've been the soldiers.

BTW the best weigth for carrying by standart soldier is 21 kg, not more or he won't be able to run some hundreds of kilometers. 17 kg is too much for a carrying weapon.

But still unbelievable Tsumugi can run with her 16.9kg keyboard she's so amazingly rare type of character even she does'nt much popular through the eyes of the Otakus, however I still like her ;P I'm sure the author is already knew this
