I'm pretty sure this is Green. Blue's hair is different and Green wears that dress all the time.

Come to think of it, which pokemon special is this? Is it the manga where the main character is Red, his rival is Blue, and the girl is Green? I'm super confused here....

Ohhhhhhhhhh, I see. She was called Blue in the Japanese one, but for whatever reason she was called Green in the English translation. Got it. Pretty weird, though.

What this doesn't clear up is where the other Blue came from. Just looking at them, you can tell they're different.... my brain hurts now.

I'MMA HAVE TO CLEAR SHIT UP. ...Disregard that first sentence. *Ahem* Ok, so, Pokémon Adventures characters are based off of the game's names, with the order being Male/Rival/Female, with respect to First Game/Second Game/Third Game (Gold, Silver, Crystal, for example.) In Japan, the games released were Red, Green and Blue, so the naming was consistent. HOWEVER, the case was not the same in America, and the names were switched to fit the soon to be unwritten rule. Now then, in FireRed & LeafGreen (Both the games and Pokémon Adventures arc), Green changed her design to incorporate the skirt and the hat. It's not a different person, so much as it is a different design. Ok then, I think that's everything. -Phew-
