I like gifs and pics like this, where load pops right down a chick's throat. I almost wanna coin a new tag for it, like cum_in_throat or cum_during_fellatio, something like that, but it would take a LOT of work to go through and look for all the pics like that and add a tag.

No, because that merely denotes the location of the noun cum in someone's mouth - many of those are coupled with the open_mouth tag. The idea here is different. Perhaps a swallow tag.
