One of those many, alternate Timelines and Universes. But the Difference in this one here is,
the Change occurred RIGHT WHEN Radditz met that Farmer on his Search of Kakkarot. He was very chill and the Farmer befriended Radditz with Beer and Music.
Later, Radditz (lol) became a GOOD Guy (x'D) and one of the strongest Z-Fighters besides Goku and Vegeta. He also trained "Farmer" until those could easily defeat Mister Satan/Hercule at every Martial Arts Tournament.
